Shipping policy

Free freight is included on all orders shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.

Lista cabinets and workbenches ship by LTL freight carrier. In-stock configurations ship the same week. Lista Xpress builds ship in approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Made-to-order configurations ship in approximately 3 to 6 weeks. We confirm the build schedule and estimated delivery date with every order confirmation.

Freight ships to commercial addresses with a dock or forklift by default. Liftgate delivery and other accessorial services are available. Tell us at order time and we will arrange them.

Please inspect every shipment at delivery and note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Report damage to us within 5 business days and we will manage the freight claim and resolution. Cabinets ship in factory packaging from the manufacturer.
